Returning goods?

Do you want to return a purchase from the online shop?
Below you will find the return instructions. Follow these carefully and everything will be fine soon!

You can return purchases made online up to 14 days after your purchase.

Put the article in an appropriate envelope/box and send it to us. The shipping costs are at your expense. Make sure that the purchase receipt or invoice is included.

Mention with your package:

• Your email address and phone number
• Your account number
• Reason for the return

If your reason is valid and the goods are still in perfect condition (with labels and packaging and without damage), we will gladly refund your money within 10 days of receipt. If the goods are damaged or incomplete, we will contact you.
